Non-Voice Support Executive (International)

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through chat support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support to customers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or chat support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using chat support software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
