Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Location:Pan-India

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving home loan sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting clients in fulfilling their dream of owning a home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire potential home loan customers through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
  • Manage end-to-end loan processes including documentation and coordination with internal teams
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support

Who Can Apply

Graduates with 2+ years of experience in sales/finance (preferably in housing finance, banking, or NBFC sector)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
