As a Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel) in our organization, you will beresponsible for promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. Role and Responsibilities: Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients throughdirect channels
Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries andresolving any issues
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growthof
the organization
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, andregulatory requirements
Candidate Qualifications
Previous Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, preferablyininsurance or financial services. Experience in life insurance sales is highlydesirable. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written
communication skills to effectively present information, listen actively, and respond to client inquiries. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, andmaintain long-term relationships with clients. Good negotiationandpersuasion skills are essential. Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set
goals, and achieve targets. Proactive and driven to succeed in a
competitive sales environment. Knowledge of Insurance Products: Familiarity with various types of
life insurance policies, their features, and benefits. Understanding of
underwriting principles and risk assessment is an advantage. Required Skills: Sales
