Job Title: Source-to-Pay (S2P) Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a S2P Specialist to lead procurement transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic advisory, process optimization, and technology enablement to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client business objectives and procurement goals.
Drive procurement transformation programs, including spend analysis, supplier rationalization, and sourcing optimization.
Anticipate and mitigate risks from supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and market volatility.

Process Optimization

Implement best practices for sourcing, procurement, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Design and execute category management frameworks and supplier performance scorecards.
Ensure compliance and efficiency across procurement processes.

Technology Enablement

Act as a Sourcing and procurement SME, leading design and guiding configuration (if required):

Spend Analysis

Deliver procurement transformation projects for strategic cost reduction and intelligent spend management.
Understand business architecture and provide expertise on integration of ERP and third-party systems for automation and data-driven decision-making.
Guide platform selection and implementation for procurement tools

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
Conduct workshops, training sessions to drive user enablement.
Serve as a trusted advisor for procurement technology and process improvements.

Thought Leadership

Publish white papers, case studies, and represent the organization in industry forums.
Stay updated on emerging trends in sourcing, procurement, and Coupa technology advancements.

Strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Proven track record in procurement transformation and technology enablement.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
