💼 Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic leader to expand our Institutional Channel and drive growth across key markets. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling AUM, strengthening partner relationships, and driving strategic initiatives.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales strategy to achieve AUM growth and market share
• Build and manage relationships with MFDs, IFAs, and institutional partners
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-potential partners
• Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement growth strategies
• Strengthen client engagement to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights to senior management
• Engage with key stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Mutual Fund / Asset Management sales
• Proven leadership experience with strong distribution network (MFDs)
• Deep understanding of mutual fund products and regulatory landscape
• Strong communication, relationship management & leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools

🎓 Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

📜 Certification: NISM VA (mandatory before joining)
