Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation of finance dashboards from static reporting to interactive, AI‑enabled insights that support business decision‑making.
• Partner with Technology, Data, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and AI‑driven solutions.
• Ensure finance data pipelines and dashboard outputs are accurate, validated, and reliable, maintaining high standards of data integrity and trust.
• Define and govern finance logic, KPIs, and insight narratives embedded within dashboards to drive actionable outcomes.
• Enable intuitive, self‑service, Copilot‑like finance insights that deliver fast, relevant, and decision‑ready information to business users.
• Act as the finance approval authority for dashboards, analytics models, and automated insights, ensuring alignment with finance governance and business priorities.
• Drive consistent adoption and value realization from analytics solutions across global stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, strengthening analytics capability, business partnering, and insight storytelling.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability with a sustained focus on business impact, value creation, and continuous improvement.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Minimum 10 to 14 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Finance Transformation roles within complex or matrixed environments.
• Proven experience leading dashboard, analytics, or reporting transformations, including modernization of finance insights.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, performance management, and enterprise‑level financial metrics.
• Hands‑on exposure to BI tools, analytics platforms, and/or AI‑enabled reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging diverse global audiences.
