- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software for tracking performance and customer insights.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or export industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
