Role Description The Specialty Coffee Barista is a full-time, on-site role based at Bruno's Cafe in Jalandhar. The role involves preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to order while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include operating espresso machines and brewing equipment, managing food preparation for all-day breakfast items, and ensuring the service area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide attentive customer service throughout each visit. This position also involves handling payments, supporting opening and closing procedures, and collaborating with team members to keep service efficient and friendly.

• Candidates should possess strong Barista skills, including operating coffee equipment and preparing specialty beverages.
• Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to support consistent and safe preparation of breakfast and cafe menu items.
• Candidates should possess Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for taking orders, explaining menu options, and coordinating with team members.
• Attention to detail, reliability in punctuality and hygiene standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and digital payments, and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
