Job Title: Specialist – BD & Real Estate (Kerala)

Role Summary

This role will support Business Development and Real Estate functions with strong legal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle agreement discussions and coordination with landlords (LL)
• Draft, review and manage lease and related real estate documents
• Coordinate internally for vendor onboarding and documentation
• Track and follow up on monthly rental payments
• Prepare, submit and maintain PAS and other statutory documents
• Coordinate between BD, legal, finance and external stakeholders for smooth closures
  
  

Preferred Profile With Experience- 4/5 Years

• Exposure to retail Brands / real estate documentation / Malls
• Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills
