The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Lead to spearhead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives at our Halol manufacturing plant. This is a high‑impact role for a hands‑on digital leader who can bridge business, manufacturing, and technology, and translate digital vision into measurable operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the digital transformation roadmap for manufacturing operations, aligned with business objectives
• Identify business problems and conceptualize scalable digital solutions across operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and sustainability
• Lead and govern digital initiatives such as MES, Process Traceability, AI/ML solutions, RPA, and advanced analytics
• Work closely with plant leadership, corporate teams, and implementation partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• Leverage data analytics to improve operational efficiency, productivity, reliability, and decision‑making
• Own the complete lifecycle of deployed digital solutions—from ideation and deployment to adoption, scaling, and value realization

Who We’re Looking For

• 10–12 years of overall experience, with 5–6 years in core digital transformation programs
• Strong capability in digital strategy design and execution, with demonstrable business impact
• Proven expertise in project management, analytical thinking, and structured problem‑solving
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Experience in manufacturing and/or energy domains is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Master’s in Management is an added advantage)

Technical & Digital Expertise (Highly Preferred)

• Hands‑on exposure to Cloud Platforms, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Physical & Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Experience with MES, process traceability, condition monitoring, digital twins, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools
• Added advantage for skills in Data Science, MLOps, DevOps, or Full‑Stack Development, especially in an industrial or manufacturing context
• Candidates with demonstrable AI implementations across business or manufacturing processes will be strongly preferred
