Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in solar project installation or site supervision.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.

Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for a dedicated and responsible Solar Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day installation activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that solar projects are executed safely, efficiently, and as per company quality standards while coordinating with technicians, engineers, and project managers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily solar installation activities at project sites.
• Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Team Management

• Supervise technicians and installation workers on-site.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Maintain discipline and productivity at the project site.

Material Management

• Verify the availability of required materials before starting work.
• Monitor proper utilization of materials and prevent wastage.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team for material requirements.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure installation quality meets company standards.
• Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety practices at the site.
• Report any quality or safety concerns to the Project Manager immediately.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily site progress reports and attendance records.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, and technical team for smooth project execution.
• Assist during testing, commissioning, and final project handover.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of solar PV installation and electrical systems.
• Ability to supervise installation teams effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Site working hours may vary as per project requirements.)

Weekly Off: Sunday
