About the Role: Intelligent Green Solutions (IGS) is hiring a Field Technician Crew Member to support residential solar installations. This is a hands-on role assisting with equipment setup, solar panel installation, and job site operations. Ideal for candidates with construction or roofing experience looking to grow in the renewable energy field.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a 23 person installation crew
Assist with solar panel and electrical equipment installation
Handle and maintain tools and job site equipment
Support quality checks and job site safety
Coordinate with project management for daily tasks Requirements
Basic knowledge of construction tools
Roofing or framing experience preferred
General understanding of electrical and construction work
Comfortable using smartphones
Experience working on construction or technical crews
Valid Class D drivers license Preferred Experience
Satellite/Dish installation
