Role Description

We are seeking a Soft/Life Skills Trainer for our School located in Bhiwadi. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions focused on life skills, soft skills, and effective communication. Daily tasks include conducting classes, designing customized training modules, evaluating participant progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance individual potential. Collaboration with faculty and staff to address the needs of students and foster a supportive learning environment is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Presentation, Communication, and public speaking
  • Expertise in Training & Development and workshop facilitation
  • Proficiency in teaching and imparting Soft Skills, including interpersonal skills and workplace etiquette
  • Practical experience in Life Skills training, such as time management, stress management, and personal development
  • Ability to connect with learners, foster an engaging environment, and adapt teaching techniques to diverse learning needs
  • Relevant certifications in training or development fields are advantageous
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for education or behavioral sciences
  • Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the academic or corporate training sectors, is a plus
