By partnering with universities and corporates, we transform students into placement-ready candidates and refine corporate teams leadership and communication abilities through tailored workshops and coaching programs.

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging, classroom-based soft skills training sessions at designated hospital centers.
• Field Schedule: Follow a structured roster requiring travel to 6 centers per month. You will visit each center twice weekly to ensure consistent skill reinforcement.
• Content Customization: Tailor training materials to meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals, focusing on patient-centric communication, bedside manner, and workplace etiquette.
• Observation & Feedback: Following each 4-hour training session, conduct 2 hours of floor observation to monitor the practical application of skills. Provide real-time, actionable feedback to participants to drive behavioral change.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess staff progress, document training outcomes, and report monthly growth metrics to the project lead.

• Professional Background: Proven experience in Training & Development, specifically in Soft Skills and Communication coaching.
• Exceptional Facilitation: Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead interactive, high-energy sessions that resonate with diverse professional groups.
• Adaptability: Deep understanding of professional behavior, emotional intelligence, and workplace etiquette.
• Logistical Discipline: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a high level of comfort managing a multi-site travel schedule.
• Location: Must be based in Pune and available for daily travel to hospital centers within the city.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with healthcare staff (preferable) or in service-oriented corporate environments is highly desirable.
