Role Description The Soft Skills Trainee will support training initiatives focused on communication, teamwork, professional behavior, and workplace readiness. In this full-time, on-site role located in Guntur East, the trainee will assist in designing and delivering soft skills sessions, preparing training materials, and coordinating workshops for students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include observing live training sessions, engaging with participants, collecting feedback, and helping adapt content based on learner needs. The role also involves basic documentation, maintaining training schedules, and collaborating with trainers and HR team members to ensure a smooth learning experience. Over time, the Soft Skills Trainee will be expected to facilitate short modules under guidance and continuously improve their own interpersonal and presentation skills.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
  • Interest in training, mentoring, and developing soft skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and professional etiquette.
  • Basic presentation, public speaking, and facilitation abilities; comfort speaking in front of small groups.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to support scheduling, documentation, and training coordination.
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, training-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) to prepare materials and reports.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or current enrollment in a relevant program (e.g., HR, psychology, business, education).
  • Preferred: Previous exposure to workshops, campus activities, or roles involving mentoring, counseling, or student engagement.
