Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Soft Skills Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs aimed at enhancing employees' professional and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for coaching individuals in communication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential soft skills.

Key Responsibilities
- - Design and deliver training programs on HR policies, employee onboarding, compliance, and other HR-related topics.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on soft skills such as communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, teamwork, and time management.
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, or consultation with managers.
- Develop training materials, manuals, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback; continuously improve training approaches.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and external trainers to align training content with organizational goals.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with training trends, developments, and best practices in HR and soft skills.
- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience as a corporate trainer, HR trainer.
- Proven experience in delivering soft skills and HR-related training.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
