About the Role

We’re seeking experienced National or Senior Operations Leaders to contribute their expertise in a flexible, remote capacity.

This is a non-traditional role designed for experienced professionals who are ready to move beyond day-to-day operational management and embrace a more autonomous way of working into a space where your leadership experience supports growth, business development, performance, and leadership initiatives within established global programs.

With a flexible commitment in a part-time capacity (approximately 10-15 hours per week), this opportunity allows you to maintain professional impact while creating greater freedom around how, when, and where you work.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this opportunity, you will:

  • Support business development and growth initiatives, including commercial conversations
  • Identify and engage in opportunities to expand reach and impact
  • Build and maintain professional and stakeholder relationships
  • Participate in structured leadership and performance programs
  • Apply your experience to improve execution, alignment, and results
  • Guide individuals and teams toward clarity, accountability, and outcomes

You’ll operate with a high degree of independence, contributing through influence, insight, and leadership presence.


What You Bring

You’re a seasoned operator with strong commercial and growth awareness, and the ability to work autonomously. Ideally, you have:

  • Experience in operations, general management, or senior leadership
  • Exposure to multi-site, national, or cross-functional environments
  • Demonstrated involvement in business development, growth, or revenue-related activities
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement capability
  • The ability to self-manage, prioritise, and work independently
  • High levels of professionalism, credibility, and emotional intelligence
