Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skill Trainer role based in Nagercoil. The trainer will deliver interactive sessions on communication, soft skills, life skills, and professional behavior to students preparing for placements. Responsibilities include planning and structuring training modules, conducting classroom sessions, facilitating activities and role plays, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves assessing learner progress, maintaining training reports, coordinating with academic and placement teams, and continuously updating content to align with industry expectations. The trainer is expected to create an engaging learning environment that builds learners’ confidence and employability.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Soft Skills to train learners on workplace readiness and professional interactions.
- Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills to deliver engaging classroom sessions and workshops.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development experience, including designing modules, facilitating sessions, and evaluating learner performance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Life Skills, such as goal setting, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Relevant teaching, corporate training, or coaching experience in student or early-career talent development is preferred.
- Ability to manage diverse classroom groups, use technology-enabled teaching tools, and adapt content to different learner levels.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in training, behavioral skills, or related areas are a plus.
