Role Description This full-time Technical Trainer role is an on-site position based in Nagercoil. The Technical Trainer will deliver interactive technical training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps to college students and early-career professionals preparing for tech roles. Responsibilities include designing and updating training content, creating practice problems and assignments, and using real-world examples to explain core programming, data structures, algorithms, and related technical concepts. The role involves assessing learner performance through tests and projects, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress to ensure learning outcomes are met. The trainer will also collaborate with other trainers and academic partners, contribute to curriculum improvement based on industry trends, and support learners with doubt-solving sessions and placement-focused guidance.


Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong capabilities in Technical Training and Training & Development, including experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Technical Trainers and Training, including classroom management, learner engagement, and outcome-driven instruction.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, accessible manner and interact effectively with diverse learner groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant certifications in programming, software development, or training are an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of core computer science fundamentals (e.g., programming in languages like C/C++/Java/Python, data structures, algorithms, databases, operating systems) and aptitude/placement preparation topics.
• Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or academic mentoring in the tech domain is preferred; fresh trainers with strong technical skills and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagercoil, adapt to institutional schedules, use digital tools for content delivery, and maintain a learner-centered, inclusive training environment.
