Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reasoning and Aptitude Trainer role based in Nagercoil. The trainer will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and related topics to college students and early-career professionals preparing for placements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating practice problems and assessments, explaining concepts with clarity, and providing individualized feedback on learner performance. The role also involves conducting mock tests, analyzing results, and adapting teaching strategies to improve learner outcomes. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to update training materials, integrate placement requirements, and ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications

• Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps.
• Proficiency in classroom delivery, including lesson planning, student engagement, and use of teaching aids or digital tools.
• Effective communication skills in English (and regional language, if applicable), with clear explanation and confident public speaking.
• Experience in test preparation or placement training (aptitude, reasoning, campus recruitment tests) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching approaches to diverse learner needs.
• Comfort working with youth and early-career learners, with a student-centric and inclusive approach to training.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or related fields is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nagercoil and align with institutional schedules, including peak placement seasons.
