Role Description The Reasoning Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagercoil. The trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving for college students and job aspirants. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating lesson plans, preparing practice questions and assessments, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and tracking learner progress. The trainer will also collaborate with the academic team to refine training materials, align content with placement requirements, and contribute to workshops or bootcamps. Regular feedback collection, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of teaching methods are integral parts of this role.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, teachable steps.
- Experience in classroom training, mentoring, or coaching, preferably for competitive exams, campus placements, or skill development programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and explain concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to design and structure curricula, practice sets, and assessments tailored to job preparation and placement requirements.
- Comfort with using digital tools for content creation, test administration, and learner tracking; familiarity with online teaching platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-focused mindset, with willingness to adapt teaching methods based on feedback and outcomes.
- Prior experience working with college students or fresh graduates, and an interest in the tech hiring ecosystem, will be beneficial.
