Social Media Manager, Multi-Brand

I am not looking for someone who only posts content.

I am looking for someone who can think, plan, shoot basic content, coordinate execution, and help build brands.

This role covers 4 fast-moving businesses across:

- Fashion retail
- Wholesale
- Ecommerce first Home and utility
- Ecommerce first Body care

So if you only know how to make calendars, schedule posts, or copy trends without understanding the business behind them, this role is not for you.

What you will handle:

- Monthly and weekly content planning
- Reel, story, and post ideation
- Hook writing, caption writing, and content briefs
- Coordinating with designer, editor, photographer, founder, and team
- Shooting basic day-to-day content on phone
- Directing simple shoots for products, store updates, team, and behind-the-scenes
- Turning offers, launches, stock updates, and product features into content
- Supporting Instagram and WhatsApp content execution
- Making sure each brand has its own tone, audience understanding, and content style
- Tracking what works and improving execution over time

You should apply if:

- You understand Instagram deeply
- You know how to make content perform, not only look good
- You can manage multiple brands without mixing communication
- You are comfortable shooting basic reels, stories, and raw content on phone
- You have a good eye for framing, hooks, trends, and short-form content
- You move fast
- You take ownership
- You do not need daily handholding
