Social Media Manager

SAPA Bakery, a unit of Kaffeeklatsch Hospitality LLP, is growing our team! We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to amplify our brand at our Gokulam location in Mysore.

About the Role:

As Social Media Manager, you will drive engaging content creation, community building, and digital campaigns to showcase our artisan pastries, viennoiseries, and bakery delights. This dynamic role blends creativity, analytics, and strategy in a vibrant hospitality environment, supporting marketing efforts and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook to highlight products, promotions, events, and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Create visually stunning content including photos, reels, stories featuring pastries, custom cakes, and table scapes; collaborate on R&D for trending menu items.
• Manage posting schedules, community engagement, user-generated content to boost reach and conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics, track engagement/cost variance, optimize content calendars, and report insights to refine strategies and support sales/handovers to FOH.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as Social Media Manager or equivalent in hospitality, food, or creative industries.
• Strong skills in content creation (photo/video editing), platform algorithms, analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics), and basic graphic design.
• Knowledge of digital trends, audience targeting, costing for campaigns, and menu storytelling.
• Passion for innovation, precision in branding, quality visuals, and thriving under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with drive for team excellence and continuous learning.
