Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to generate high-quality Digital Marketing leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation strategies and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified digital marketing leads using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, organic outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.).
- Identify and target potential clients based on defined criteria (industry, location, decision-makers).
- Perform daily LinkedIn activities including connection requests, follow-ups, and message campaigns.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion.
- Research potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices and lead generation trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation for digital marketing services.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Mobile app development etc.).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to write professional and engaging LinkedIn messages.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
