About Us

We work with brands across branding, packaging, websites, social media, and digital experiences. As a fast-growing creative agency, we’re looking for someone who can help manage the flow between clients, content, team coordination, and internal operations.


This is not just a typical social media role.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, coordinate efficiently, communicate confidently, and help keep both client work and internal operations organized.


Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media operations for multiple brands
  • Plan and coordinate monthly content calendars
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, and content teams
  • Handle approvals, posting schedules, and publishing
  • Write basic captions, content briefs, and content directions
  • Stay updated with social media trends and content formats
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables


- Client Servicing & Coordination:

  • Handle day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
  • Coordinate feedback, approvals, and revisions with the internal team
  • Understand project requirements and maintain workflow timelines
  • Share updates, reports, and status with clients
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and the creative team


- HR & Operations Coordination:

  • Call and coordinate with job applicants for interviews and follow-ups
  • Schedule interviews and assist in hiring coordination
  • Help with onboarding and internal employee coordination
  • Follow up internally on pending tasks and deadlines
  • Help maintain smoother workflow, accountability, and communication within the team


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, client servicing, operations, or agency coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in handling calls, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams together
  • Basic understanding of branding, content, and social media
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, Meta Suite, etc.
  • Agency experience will be preferred
