Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and management of Rishartworks’ social media presence across key platforms, ensuring brand consistency and strong visual storytelling. This full-time, on-site role in Surat includes developing content calendars, coordinating with the creative team on campaign assets, writing captions and short-form content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing audience insights, and adjusting strategies to improve growth and interaction. The Social Media Manager will also respond to comments and messages, maintain community relationships, and stay informed about trends in social media, advertising, and cinematic content.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and grow audiences effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan engaging narratives and produce compelling copy aligned with brand goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with creative teams, interact with clients, and manage online communities.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
• Candidates should possess experience working with visual or creative brands; knowledge of photography, videography, or cinematic content is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
