Social Media Manager

Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Visionary Loop is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and scheduling content, responding to messages and comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute content and campaign calendars aligned with marketing goals, monitor performance, and optimize posts using analytics and social media optimization (SMO) best practices. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design and sales teams to showcase ongoing projects, writing engaging captions, coordinating photo and video content, and supporting promotional activities. The role also involves tracking trends in interior design and social media, proposing new formats or ideas, and preparing regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand pages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others.
• Experience in Content Strategy and planning, including creating content calendars and aligning content with brand and business objectives.
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills for crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand social media copy and responding to audiences professionally.
• Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
• Prior experience in lifestyle, design, architecture, or related creative industries is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative studio environment in Gurugram, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
