Role: Operations Manager

✅ Key Requirements:

• Must be Operations Manager on papers in an International BPO
• 8+ years overall experience (minimum 1 year as Ops Manager)
• Strong expertise in Operations Metrics, FMEA, Capacity Planning
• Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory
• Interview Mode: Virtual
• Work Mode: Work From Office

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Ensure client SLAs are met and drive improvement plans
• Manage revenue goals through forecasting, budgeting & reporting
• Lead, train, and mentor Team Leaders, Assistant Managers & Deputy Managers
• Review operational reports (attendance, client scorecards, metrics)
• Build strong client relationships and attend business reviews
• Drive employee engagement and resolve team issues professionally
• Collaborate with HR, Training, Quality, WFM & TA teams for process improvements

🔹 Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Associate degree with 8+ years of experience
• At least 2 years in progressive management roles
• Minimum 1 year as Operations Manager
• Experience in Content Moderation Process preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication & ability to work under pressure
• Flexible with schedules
