Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor brand mentions across social media, news, blogs, and forums.
• Analyze sentiment and identify emerging trends.
• Prepare social listening reports and dashboards.
• Track competitors and support ORM and digital marketing teams.
• Escalate potential reputation risks.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Listening, ORM, or Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Mention, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
