At Clinikally, we're building the future of personalized skincare — a full-stack digital health and commerce platform that connects users with dermatologists, tailored routines, and curated skincare products.

As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are looking for a creative, curious, and highly social-media-savvy Social Media Executive who can help us build stronger communities, create engaging content, identify trends early, and bring fresh ideas to life across our social platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys social media — not just posting content, but understanding what makes people engage, comment, share, and come back.

You will work closely with the content, creative, marketing, doctors, creators, and internal teams to manage Clinikally’s social presence, build meaningful community interactions, create social-first content, and contribute to the overall content strategy.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content, excellent communication skills, and the ability to spot trends and turn everyday ideas into engaging content.


Responsibilities

  • Own community management across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Respond to comments in a timely, brand-aligned manner
  • Build relationships with creators, doctors, and the Clinikally community through stories and broadcasts
  • Research and pitch fresh content ideas, trends, and recurring content IPs
  • Assist in planning and executing the monthly content calendar
  • Shoot and edit social-first content, including reels, BTS videos, and trend-based content
  • Coordinate with doctors, creators, and internal teams during content shoots
  • Write engaging captions, hooks and on-screen copy
  • Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity
  • Track content performance and share insights on what is working
  • Ensure content is published on schedule and follows brand guidelines



Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
  • Comfortable shooting content on a phone and directing creators or teammates
  • Basic editing skills using edits app or similar tools
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Curious about skincare, haircare, beauty, or health content
  • Comfortable being on camera occasionally (a plus, not mandatory)



Nice to Have

  • Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or healthcare brands
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with Canva
