Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across multiple platforms. You will schedule posts, engage with online communities, monitor performance, and optimize content to improve reach and engagement.

You will collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to execute campaigns, write compelling social media copy, coordinate visual content, and support content calendars. The role also involves running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, tracking campaign performance, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, and using audience insights to enhance client growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads , including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
• Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and knowledge of current social media trends.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Must be available to work on-site in Bhubaneswar.
