Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, managing communities, and monitoring engagement. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teammates to develop campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include tracking performance metrics, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. The role also requires coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of social media plans and reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
• Candidates should possess Media Planning skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and optimize social media campaigns and content calendars.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate messages.
• Relevant skills such as basic design understanding, familiarity with social media analytics tools, and knowledge of performance marketing principles are beneficial.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, prior experience in a digital agency or similar environment, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
