Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in the Greater Nashik Area. The Social Media Executive will manage the brand’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and publishing posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages. Daily responsibilities include creating compelling content, coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to promote offers and properties, and monitoring trends relevant to hospitality and travel. The role involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice that reflects Stay On Vacation’s commitment to premium guest experiences. The Social Media Executive will also assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to support overall marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to schedule posts, plan campaigns, and allocate budgets effectively across social channels.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing brands is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, use social media management tools, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
