Site Execution Manager

Location: Delhi NCR (travel required)

Reporting to: Founder’s Office

Role: Full-Time

Salary: ₹1.8–2.0 LPA + Incentives

A hands-on execution role at Kraftbling India focused on site management, vendor coordination, and smooth on-ground project execution.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, street-smart, and capable of managing site activities, coordinating with vendors/artisans, and ensuring timely execution of premium interior and decor projects.

You will work closely with the Founder’s Office and execution teams to manage day-to-day site operations across Delhi NCR.

• Supervise on-site execution and installations across projects
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, artisans, and labour teams
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and site progress are maintained
• Resolve on-ground execution and coordination issues
• Manage material follow-ups and vendor communication
• Share regular site updates, reports, and execution status
• Support client coordination and basic sales/conversion discussions when required
• Ensure smooth execution from planning to handover

• Street-smart, responsible, and execution-focused
• Comfortable handling field work and site coordination
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Able to manage multiple follow-ups and timelines efficiently
• Interested in interiors, architecture, construction, or luxury decor

• Freshers and graduates can apply
• 0–2 years of experience in site management or execution preferred
• Background in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields is a plus
• Internship/project experience in site execution or vendor handling preferred
• Must own a personal vehicle (bike, scooty, or car) for site travel
• Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR regularly
