Job Description

Drive data analytics initiatives to support the growth and performance of Shopee Choice.
Analyze sales trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to identify actionable insights and business opportunities.
Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics and track progress against targets.
Conduct deep-dive analyses and present clear recommendations to guide business and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing, and Regional teams to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience in business/marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics roles (e-commerce or tech industry is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; Experience with SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
