Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area for the role of Service Partner. The Service Partner will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing service operations, analyzing performance data, liaising with finance for accurate reporting, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
• Proven customer service abilities to manage inquiries, escalate issues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Solid analytical skills to assess service operations and identify areas for performance improvements.
• Basic knowledge or experience in finance-related tasks such as invoicing, reporting, or reconciliation.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with service-oriented platforms and tools is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
