Position Overview

The Vice President of Digital Operations is responsible for formulating and driving the company's digital operations strategy. Through data-driven approaches, technology enablement, and process optimization, this role aims to enhance overall operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. Typically reporting to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) or CEO, the incumbent leads cross-functional teams to spearhead the organization's digital transformation and operational modernization.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Operations Strategy Formulation

Develop and implement the enterprise digital operations strategy, integrating business objectives with digital technologies to drive the company's overall digital transformation.


Digital Platform Development and Management

Oversee the planning, development, and optimization of enterprise digital operations platforms (e.g., CRM, data platforms, automation systems) to enhance operational efficiency and data transparency.


Data-Driven Operations Management

Establish a data analytics framework to leverage data insights for optimizing business processes, customer operations, and commercial decision-making, thereby achieving data-driven growth.


Digitalization of Business Processes

Identify and optimize key business processes, utilizing automation and digital tools to boost operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.


Customer Operations and Experience Enhancement

Utilize digital tools and data analytics to optimize the customer journey, thereby improving customer satisfaction, retention rates, and lifetime value.


Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Management

Collaborate closely with departments such as Product, Technology, Marketing, and Finance to drive the implementation of digital initiatives and ensure the achievement of business objectives.


Digital Operations Team Building

Build and lead a high-performance digital operations team, comprising specialists in data analytics, operations management, and digital product support.


Technology and Tool Evaluation

Evaluate and introduce emerging digital technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data platforms) to enhance the organization's digital capabilities and operational competitiveness.


Operational Performance Management

Establish a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework to continuously monitor operational performance and drive ongoing improvement.


Risk and Compliance Management

Ensure that digital operations systems and processes comply with data security, privacy protection, and relevant regulatory requirements. **Job Qualifications**


  Bachelor's degree or higher; majors in Business Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields are preferred.


  20+ years of experience in operations management or digital operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.


  Proven experience in enterprise digital transformation or the establishment of digital operations frameworks.


  Familiarity with systems such as data analytics platforms, operations automation tools, CRM, ERP, or data platforms.


  Possess excellent strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.


  Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, coupled with strong business acumen.
