Job Description
The Senior Associate, Pre-Sales Team, will lead the preparation of RFPs, project proposals, customized pitch decks, and dashboarding solutions for prospective clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and AI driven roles, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
• Lead the creation of high-quality, client-focused RFPs and project proposals.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on industry and market research.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on proposal development and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare high-quality RFPs, RFIs, Pitch decks for potential clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requirement gathering and solution discussions.
• Conduct discovery meetings with Sales team to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives. Gather and analyse client requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our data and AI solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop customized pitch decks that address specific client use cases.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.
Solution Design:
• Advanced knowledge of data science, analytics methodologies, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Expertise in project lifecycles and solution delivery processes especially in AI and Analytics
• Proven ability to translate complex client business problems into analytical solutions.
• Work with Practice team to gather and design customized solutions that meet the clients’ specific needs. Liaise with the technical delivery team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with organizational capabilities.
• Develop detailed proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
• Conduct industry and market research to tailor solutions to major industry verticals such as Healthcare, BFSI, E-Commerce, D2C, Retail, CPG and telecom
• In-depth understanding of industry verticals such as Healthcare, BFSI, E-Commerce, D2C, Retail, Telecom and CPG.
Technical Expertise:
• Maintain a deep and advanced understanding of our service offerings, including data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data and AI.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies.
