Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hyderabad and Kurnool is for an Inside Sales Associate. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will handle account management, maintain current client relationships, and actively contribute to achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications
- Solid experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Account Management and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets in a high-performing team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the ICT industry will be considered a plus
