We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive with strong HubSpot CRM expertise. You will support our sales team with process optimization, reporting, and data management, ensuring smooth coordination with our US-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM - pipelines, workflows, reports, dashboards
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across sales records
- Support AEs & SDRs with lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain sales performance dashboards & reports
- Drive automation and sales enablement processes
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for alignment
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and liaise with vendor support
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in Sales Operations with hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication skills for global collaboration
- Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
- Based in/around Noida and open to work from office
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach
- SaaS/B2B sales operations background
- Knowledge of sales incentive/commission tracking
