- Relationship Management: Exchange with your internal customers and the rest of the analytics team on a regular basis in order to understand their current priorities
- Driving Adoption: Ensure proper adoption of the metrics and tools with an internal “go to market strategy” (testing phase, communication, training sessions, continuous optimization…)
- The Best of Both Worlds: This is a uniquely hybrid Data/Business Analyst role. You won’t just be writing code and handing off a report - you’ll be in the room where business decisions happen, blending technical execution with business strategy
- Master a Modern Tech Stack: Work in an intellectually stimulating environment with the best tools in the industry, including: Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Airflow, Python, and Google BigQuery
- Collaborative, Growth-First Culture: We pride ourselves on a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes your professional development. You’ll be supported by a team that encourages you to experiment, fail fast, and level up quickly

- 1-2 years of professional experience in an analytical role
- Technically Proficient: Practical experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools like Tableau (or similar reporting tools)
- Natural Problem Solver: You are curious, love solving problems and forming recommendations, and want to develop your autonomy and expertise
- Excellent Communicator: You can present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative Mindset: Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team to drive the business forward
