Job Description

Job Role: Project Coordinator

Experience: 1 – 2 Years

Preferred Domain: ERP / Microsoft Dynamics

Location: Ahmedabad


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring ERP implementation projects. Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  2. Requirement Understanding: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and help translate them into functional documentation.
  3. Communication & Stakeholder Support: Coordinate with internal teams (consultants, developers, QA) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
  4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports, issue logs, and action trackers.
  5. Task & Resource Tracking: Monitor project activities, follow up with team members on assigned tasks, and help ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  6. ERP Project Exposure: Gain understanding of ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.
  7. Data & Process Support: Assist the team with data preparation, documentation, and process mapping required during ERP implementations.
  8. Testing Coordination: Support testing activities including preparing test cases, coordinating UAT sessions, and tracking issues until resolution.
  9. Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify project risks or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager when required.
  10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with ERP concepts, business processes, and project management practices.


Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of project coordination or project management processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good documentation and reporting ability
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
  • Exposure to ERP systems or Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem is an added advantage
