CRO-Level Revenue Leader | Orange County (Onsite)

We’re building a next-generation enterprise collaboration platform and are seeking a CRO-caliber revenue leader to partner directly with the CEO and architect the growth engine from the ground up.
This is not a traditional VP of Sales role.
You will:
• Build and own the full revenue strategy
• Shape and execute the GTM architecture
• Engage strategic enterprise accounts directly
• Recruit and lead a high-performance sales team
• Drive scalable, long-term growth
Ideal background:
• CRO / SVP / VP Enterprise Sales at enterprise SaaS or cloud platform companies
• Experience scaling revenue in complex, infrastructure-adjacent environments
• Media & Entertainment experience a strong plus
• Comfortable operating at board and CEO level
• Builder mindset — strategic + hands-on
Orange County, CA — onsite leadership presence required.
