Job Title: Telecaller – Inside Sales (Outbound Process)

Location: Chennai-T.Nagar

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller for Inside Sales (Outbound Process) to generate leads, reach out to potential customers, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Present, promote, and explain products/services effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales conversion targets.
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM/databases.
  • Handle objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively.
  • Good listening and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in outbound telecalling, inside sales, or telesales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing will be an added advantage.
