Job Title: Telecaller – Inside Sales (Outbound Process)
Location: Chennai-T.Nagar
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller for Inside Sales (Outbound Process) to generate leads, reach out to potential customers, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present, promote, and explain products/services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales conversion targets.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM/databases.
- Handle objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections positively.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in outbound telecalling, inside sales, or telesales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing will be an added advantage.
