We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to represent our brand and manage client relationships.
Qualifications Experience : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of electrical or switchgear products. Strong understanding of switchgear, control panels, relays, MCCs, and related products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel locally for client visits and sales meetings.

- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with tendering team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
