Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Bengaluru South. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, assisting clients with property purchases and sales, and facilitating real estate development opportunities. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting clients throughout the process, and contributing to overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property laws in the Bengaluru region is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
