Senior Vice President Finance

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Finance to lead enterprise financial strategy, reporting, and operational finance across a complex, multi-entity organization. This executive will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, overseeing financial planning, capital allocation, and performance management. The SVP Finance will also collaborate with the board and external stakeholders to support long-term growth and maintain financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise financial strategy and operational finance across multiple business units
• Oversee financial planning & analysis, reporting infrastructure, and performance management frameworks
• Manage capital allocation strategy, including investments, financing structures, and liquidity planning
• Lead M&A evaluation, due diligence, and integration initiatives
• Advise executive leadership on long-term growth strategy and operational decisions
• Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to board members and investors
• Build scalable financial systems and reporting capabilities across a complex organization
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization across multiple teams and functions

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Prior experience as SVP Finance, CFO, or equivalent senior finance role
• Deep expertise in capital markets, M&A transactions, and financial strategy
• Strong background in enterprise reporting, financial planning, and operational finance
• Experience presenting financial strategy and performance to boards and executive leadership
• CPA or MBA required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $300,000 – $500,000
• Performance Bonus: Yes
• Long-Term Incentives: Potential equity or other executive incentives
