Role Description The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept development through construction documentation and execution. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves preparing design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications, and ensuring that technical standards and local regulations are met. The Project Architect will manage project timelines, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams, and oversee submittals and approvals. Responsibilities include integrating sustainable design principles where applicable, reviewing BIM models, and monitoring quality throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires active participation in client meetings, translating client requirements into effective design solutions, and supporting junior team members with guidance and review.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Experience with Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of project deliverables.
• Proficiency in managing Submittals and review processes, ensuring compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar sustainability frameworks, with the ability to integrate environmentally responsible practices into projects.
• Working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design coordination and documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or candidacy is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a studio environment.
• Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and MS Office.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
