Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with strong experience in the travel industry and hands-on expertise in GDS systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, where you will be responsible for managing high-value leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with a predominantly US-based clientele, handling both inbound and outbound communication to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients
• Convert leads into bookings through consultative selling
• Perform consistent follow-ups to maximise sales conversions
• Manage and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
• Provide customised travel solutions focused on Business & First Class fares
• Work on GDS platforms to check availability, pricing, and issue tickets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in the travel industry
• Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
• Proven track record in sales and lead conversion
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Experience handling US clients preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
