Job Description

A leading digital marketing and creative agency operating in the Digital Advertising and Brand Experience sector. We create integrated brand campaigns, digital product experiences, and high-impact content for web, social, and video channels. This hybrid role (India) seeks a senior creative leader to mentor design teams, shape creative strategy, and raise standards across client work.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach mid‑level and junior designers to improve craft, delivery speed, and creative thinking.
  • Lead concept development and art direction across digital campaigns, social content, and branded experiences.
  • Review and elevate creative outputs—design systems, motion, UX screens, and final assets—ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Run portfolio reviews, creative critiques, and workshops to embed best practices and foster continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, and production teams to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions and executable plans.
  • Establish and maintain creative standards, templates, and playbooks to streamline delivery and scale creative excellence.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Proven portfolio of agency work demonstrating concept-to-execution ownership across digital channels.
  • Track record of mentoring or leading design teams and improving design quality.
  • Strong proficiency in visual and motion tools with demonstrated output for social and video platforms.
  • Clear understanding of creative strategy, brand guidelines, and art direction for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to give structured, actionable feedback and run effective creative critiques and workshops.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred

  • Experience with UX/UI processes and design systems.
  • Background in motion design or video content creation.
  • Experience working directly with client stakeholders to defend creative decisions.
